Comments: I <3 this layout a lot. I love the way that the images are displayed, I like how the title doesn't go like most right out across the image. Comments: The design of this site is simple, unique. It has a different way of displaying affiliates and is calming to the eyes. Checking out the Icons, they are sorted well and many are done VERY well. So a combinition of an easy to navigate site, nice content and visibly friendly staff and it's a great place to check out.

Comments: A new site out there, which is off to a great start, if you're ever going to submit blog-types, this is the only way I accept them, I don't accept Xanga's or Live Journals... this is a pretty site though and looks like it's a good read from what I read. It's got an Anime touch to it and is doing pretty good, I'll likely be checking in on it every so often <3

Comments: This is a VERY well designed site, it's a little hard to navigate but that's made up for in the snazzy-ness of the design and the content that is held onto it. It even makes up for the whole pop up thing. (Really don't like pop up layouts, but this one is alright because it pre-warns you and I know to turn off my popup blocker for a second)
The site is done in neutral tones and has a nice webmistress to boot!

Comments: This site applied for Elegant and won Cute, while it's a good site it doesn't fit Elegant, but with all it's dolls and such it does fit the Cute site criteria. The layout is simple and the site is full of links to click. This site is the first to in an award when the site was renamed to Misty Ice Designs. (Well the first that I remembered to update the winners page for)

Comments: This Was a really well done Anime Website, I enjoyed viewing it entirely but for some reason it's gone now.
