Credits
Well, I suppose I should give credit where credit is due right? So here I am, going to give a shout out to various places, people and items that help me do what I do.
**Note: All LiveJournal credit can be found on Kristen's Resource List on her Graphic Journal.
People
ESM - She always managed to tell me flat out when it sucked. Never hiding it from me. if it sucked it sucked and she told me. So I enjoyed that, it lets me know I need something new.
Aaron - He always helped me code and still does today. If I get stuck and can't get something to work, he was there to save the day.
Selina - One of my staff that helps me out all the time! She's a good person to talk to and give some good opinions!
LalaRu - Once a staff member many of her animated AIM Icons now reside in our directory, thanks for the GREAT contribution.
Kristen - Current staff member that does Amazing work, uploading and sending graphics all the time to keep the site alive during my down times. She's been a great help and continues to help keep MiD alive. Out of all the staff members I've had working on the site, and helping out Kristen has treated this more like it's something she cares about than any of them
The Programs!
Notepad - I do all my coding in notepad, it's been my friend since I first learned anytype of HTML you should see some of my first stuff... it's funny.
PSP 6 and then PSP7 - No I don't use PSP8, while it does produce some simpley amazing graphics, I'm not going to purchase a program to assist me in my hobby. That's right Hobby, I don't make money.
IE7 or Firefox, we code for both.
Photoshop - Just recently a friend helped me out in picking up Photoshop. Might I just say... wow. It's not an easy program to learn to use and a lot of usually simple functions can be very hard to do in the program but hey, I love it now. I don't know how I did without it for so long.
Dreamweaver - When I just get a little lazy I use Dreamweaver to give me a quick hand!
SmartFTP - I use this for uploading and downloading between my sites. It's free for non-commercial use, so since I don't make money and I'm not a company I can use it!
Brushes, Textures, Templates and Fonts
Unknown Brushes - I use some of their brushes in my layouts section.
Fonts.Com - Everyone gets their fonts from somewhere.
Echoica - Another Brush site
Aethereality - And another
Forbidden-fire.Net Brushes - Lovely brush sets, that I should hopefully start using in a great masses as they've got some of the nicest grundge and scratch ones I've seen. (Site Recently placed to Offline)
8Nero Brushes (Site Offline, as in the domain is gone) - Interesting brushes to say the least, not sure how much I'll use them but I do imagine using quite a few as they have some beautiful ones in there.
Hybrid Genesis - While complicated to navigate the brushes are quite beautiful.
Obsidian Dawn Brushes - Recently found this site when looking for a "fire" brush. The website is well laid out - once you understand it's all brushes. xD Nice sets on there too.
Park Clouds Away - They have some interesting brushes here.
Scully 7491 Deviant Art - Great Brushes and awesome textures
1313 Mockingbird Lane
Absolute Trouble

Galleries
Boyis.Com - My first image resource, and still one of my top ones today.
AnimeGalleries[dot]Net - My second image resource and once again still one of my top ones.
Otaku-Forum - My most recent image resource.
Angel Sanctuary Image Gallery - Exactly what the name says, an Angel Sanctuary Image Gallery. It's a rather large one too.
Anime Project Alliance Gallery - VERY LARGE gallery... it's a lot. (Seemingly unavailble last time I checked)
Everything Anime - A site I happened upon... good size gallery there.
We love Anime - nice place, but the galleries there are registered users only.
FFGalleries - It's not exactly in English... but you don't need to read what's there, just look at the pretty pictures.
Anime Visions - Pretty gallery... very uh... full? *This site rarely works, but when it does it has a good gallery.
Aethereality Gallery - Purely amazing. Lots of series to choose from and big, clear images!
Digik. Gallery - Very nice gallery, though it looks for memberships, you don't exactly need one to browse
Celestial-Star.Net Gallery - Very nice site fully of great images, uses the same Gallery script as Aethereality, so it's very well laid out.
Summer-Skies Network Gallery - Very nice gallery, some quality images present too. Helpful places ^_^;
Moon Prism Power - The site is on haitus but the galleries are still there. The scans there are PERFECT for making layouts (If you're looking to do a Sailor Moon layout that is)
stock.xchng - Just a general Stock Photography site, that I've been playing around with lately.
Eva Fan Stuff - Evanescence Gallery
Evanescence dot Com - Evanescence's Official Website
Williamesharp - Evanescence Photographs (Images found on Flickr, artist site credited)
Other Site Assistance
Day Dream Graphics - A good little skinning tutorial that I used for one layout here on MiD.
Aurore Black Cat - Once long ago, when I was running DFA (some of the layouts are in the archive) I used art from her page. With permission. I lost dfa I lost the link and the story goes on but apparently it's not important. Here's the link for those that know her art.
Digital-Tochi - Used some Tutorials for new graphics ^_^
Submitters
Silent Illusions - I believe that I use their avatars on the forums, They have some of their submitted to us yes. They've taken down their site recently but we still owe them for their great contributions. (This site will be back online soon. When it is we'll edit in the link)
Cross-Blades while it was up it was my avatar resource.
The Wizzard - He's done a lot to help me get Brushes, and images as well as submitted some of his own work here for you guys to enjoy. I'd give up his email and stuff but I not sure if he would want me to do that. Though when I get something to link to him with I sure will ^^
If you've submitted something and you're not on here, email me I'll put you up.
I think that's everyone if I missed someone or something let me know you deserve credit.
