Also, many sites won't let you link in your signature unless it's to credit something in it. However, some sites will let you link in your signature without having to credit something. Linking on forums is a very complicated thing, though it shouldn't be, and it should be monitored carefully. If something happens, you could get in big trouble and so could we. So we just ask to be careful about your links because though we really appreciate it, lots of people don't care for it. My CLAMP obsession is getting the better of my graphics and I, don't you think? I'm sure more will come about by the end of the day, considering this is what I usually do between jobs at work. I think I'll make some anti-myspace text icons.. Hhehe.. Keep in mind, at work I do all my graphics with my color-retarded PS7. For some reason, it thinks there is a glitch in the configuration of my monitor and it's trying to make up for that, but there is no glitch so it's compensating for something that doesn't exist. So anything white turns into yellowy-orangy colors, peaches, rather than being white, or white-gray or anything. That animated avatar was hard to do because I could see where the shine was going because of the fact that the shine was the same color as the thing I was putting it on, when you clearly see that it is not actually that way. =\ So give me credit for compensating for the compensation of my color-retarded PS7. @@; PS; I've decided to just make my heading titles random words now.. It's more fun that way. PSS; I'd like to make a note that textless icons NOT in the "ICON BASES" folder are NOT bases and are NOT to be altered. They are regular icons, simply without text. Don't add text, don't write all over it, don't don't don't. You didn't make it, it's not yours. Leave an Impression //.. 0 Impressions Left Thursday December 21, 2006 I'll be working on some 70x70 icons and maybe some more walls ^.^ -Maru Leave an Impression //.. 2 Impressions Left Wednesday December 20, 2006 I've moved some things around as you might notice. Icon Bases and Icon Maker is now located under the "Resources" tag. This is because Bases are more of a resource and the Maker is more of a resource. So they're located down there now. The Past Layouts section was updated to show this layout so that when I update the site on January 02, this part is already done and I don't have to concern about it. (I'm on holidays when I switch the layout so it'll be a quick switch and no thought after that) Past Updates has also been updated, considering we had a MESS of updates on this one page, I'll likely be rotating our updates around more frequently depending on the team and when they are updating. We're aiming for each member to update at least once per week with at least something. I've gone in and updated the About Us to include the some what synposis of 2006, it's short and too the point. The Credits page will be updated multiple times over the next couple of days. We're going to be adding in quite a bit I believe. And I imagine I might sort things better, or at least clean up the links. I've sorted the Tutorials. They're listed alphabetically now, and have Difficulty ratings. The rating system works as a 1-5 thing. 1 being easy 5 being hard. I don't think anything is "hard" so I don't give fives to much of anything. PNGs have been renamed to "Extractions" considering there was confusion with it being called pngs. So this should remove that. Everyone knows what an Extraction is =P And lastly there is this whole new section of.... broken links. HAHA. It's my way of being mean. Really actually it's my way of setting up something. We've taken to the desire to run multiple contests on MiD so I'm making a section for it. However, the contests are still run through the forums. To ENTER A CONTEST you will NEED to be registered to the forums. It's fun, so come on over there and join us. I'm going to be continueing to tweak parts of the sites as I go along and Aaron and I plan to have some new "features" up and going within the next couple of days. Now to finish my tweaking for the day, and go home! -LadyPSerenity Leave an Impression //.. 4 Impressions Left Sunday December 18, 2006 For the record, with my new obsession of TRC (Tsubasa Chronicle/Tsubasa Chronicles/Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLES) I went on the lovely Ebay and got myself this necklace. It's got to be my new favourite thing. hehe. So anyway, the point of me telling you this is so that you can know TRC is a soft spot for me, and I'm basically hinting at you that you, the user, should go sign up on our forums and love CLAMP with me. Really, our forums have been doing well. Our members never cease to be amazing and we cherish them greatly. But a forum cannot thrive without continuous registrations. So hop on it! <3 Another thing, my aunt is currently beginning labour with my new cousin- So I'll be a bit busy between work, the hospital and visitation. However, since I'll still be attending work, I will still be composing graphics. They simply won't be in the great numbers that they've been in as of late. Forgive me? BUT, I have to .ABR a brush set tomorrow and then I'll have that uploaded for you. I applied MID today for an affiliation with the legendary Daydream Graphics. With any luck, we'll become affiliated with them. As a user there, I can safely say that they have a terrific community with lots of talent floating around on their site. It's also a very large community that will further improve our own. This has not been my week in terms of getting my to-do list done. Every little thing has been side tracking me, but you see it's kinda funny. Even though I'm not doing my to-do list I'm updating here like mad. So then, on with what I've updated. Not much this time I'm afraid, just four Brush Sets for Photoshop anda new/returned affiliate. There are a lot of little things I'm tweaking and so you don't see a lot of the updates going on around here, and I still have a massive to-do list over on Anime Forum that I really need to crack into and the helping my mom thing. I'm going to collapse for sure by the end of the month. Their work is magnificant and we hope to see even more from them as we watch this site that this team will build grow. Welcome MaruDashi, Thornwillow and Gandizzl to our staff. Each of them bring in their own area of expertise and we hope with that we're going to watch the site grow MASSIVELY. Kristen and I are both VERY excited to have them on the team now and are excited to continue to grow Misty Ice Designs into a great resource! Next on the agenda is a few errors that have been noted and my correcting as many as I've seen so far, and not correcting one I haven't reached yet.
Random updates, there are updates to the Staff page, the past updates page, and the credits page. I do plan on doing some tutorials soon as well as making small corrections like typos that are in other tutorials. We wnat to look for ways to make certain things display better now that we have a team working here.
And Graphics, I've uploaded five Icons into the Icons folder, Five for the Icon maker and Two for the bases. I've also uploaded two signatures.

I've been working on more non-anime stuff because I need to broaden the horizon of the sites, but I do plan on doing some anime soon. I can't abandon my roots after all! Anyway, it's a short but sweet post. =) Be safe. <3 Oh yeah, PS: There's a new extraction/png, too! :D -Kristen Leave an Impression //.. 4 Impressions Left Friday, December 1, 2006 First off, I was TRYING to get a lot of things done today, including but not limited to, what you're seeing here as our new holiday layout. This layout will likely go till Mid January when I have the time to change it around again. It's not an easy task and I'm sure Aaron gets annoyed with me constantly wanting special things that he has to set up for me cuz I'm a dork and don't know how. Anyway, in terms of me trying to get things done, not so much. We were hit by that major ice storm that's pretty much hit a lot of different places. Our power went out around 3pm and just came on about 8:30 or so. Leaving us without power for a good five and some hours. Well Not a big deal if you live in the city... i live in the country. We were bailing water, trying to get electronics up away from the floor where they could be damaged if the basement flooded, and we were trying to keep the leak that's in my room from bringing the roof down. Not to mention there's no heat and we're not exactly high on Hydro's concern list. Needless to say, despite owning a laptop I did not get as much done as I would have liked to. But I'm determined, and thus you see our new layout. Trust me I've been working on various different ideas for days now, and finally got one I like. Damnit. I do plan to get a few more holidays stuff up but I also want to get some regular stuff going in there too. Especially since I'm finding my muse when it comes to non-anime stuff. If I had to actually name this one and it almost ended up with a song on it. It'd have been Santa Baby... "Santa baby, hurry down the chimney tonight!" great song for the holidays. December shows some promise but it's also the holiday rush period. I'll do my best to really crank stuff out to you guys! And get us some links going on up in here. That is all thank you <3 -LadyPSerenity Leave an Impression //.. 0 Impressions Left Monday October 30, 2006 As it is right now I've uploaded Five New Icons not all anime, three are just objects, I've been desiring to play with non-anime type work. And not anything specific. When I designed the ATOMS webpage (the company I work for.) I found this great place to get Stock Photography. That was free, Royalty free and Restriction free in most cases. stock.xchng I do plan on adding them into the credits page. I also added in Two New Signatures they are anime, and go with their icon partners, you can find the set on the site easily enough. Oh and a wallpaper is thrown in. It's a dumbed down version of the one I submitted to a contest over at Anime Galleries dot Net which if selected will get displayed in the gallery. I think that's it for the graphics, portion of the update. My other distraction has been my personal webspace. LadyPSerenity.Com which is where I've been writing the story SSWars. And eventually plan to run the webcomic, when I have the time to myself again. The Forums are continuing to grow and are still a great place to come in comment about various things and post your own works. There will be a contest coming up. Odds are it'll start sometime in November and will be a Christmas-themed contest, that will have multiple levels and some sort of prize at the end of it. We'd love suggestions for prizes <3 Anyway, we've given away one award recently, the link to the website is at home. The award applications come in from time to time but please, if you have a website on "Myspace" "Livejournal" "piczo" or other such sites, unless you're willing to take the risk and prove me wrong, don't submit for them, I'm YET to see any of those sites designed in any fashion that is appealing. And yes this makes me sound eliteist but quite frankly the functionality and the customization of the sites doesn't make up for the lack of originality, creative thought and any type of good design. Aren't you firefox users proud of me. (Don't expect to see a little 'take back the web, get firefox.' thing on my site. Ever.) Anyway as I was saying. We have dropped Printables, we have picked up two sections Friends Only Banners, of which you will see some that Kristen has made for you guys, and LJ Headers which at the moment is empty. We'll throw content in there when we add content. I've also corrected my horrible mistakes. Hiatus is now spelled correctly and there are a few new banners in there. (Well signs... they're much bigger than banners.) Also something someone will notice is the Contest section, not operable yet, but MiD is going to focus more on contests now and see what we get from it. If the site ever turns to profit we'll make real prizes but just the knowledge that you're the best will have to do till then =P (Odds of us turning to profit isn't very good so don't get your hopes up.) Lastly there is NO MORE SHOUTBOX if you want to comment, and we still love to have your comments, you'll have to use the comment script that is attached to these news posts. Enjoy <3 -LadyPSerenity Leave an Impression //.. 2 Impressions Left Tuesday August 29, 2006 We want to get back into the swing of things and one of the things I want to do to do that, is start holding more frequent contests. With this update comes some icons, icon bases and even some Icon templates for the Icon Maker. There are even... inuyasha ones. I feel dirty... no offense to the fans out there but I have issues with the anime. But being a good little girl that I am, I made some finally. There aren't many in terms of full made icons or icon templates, but there are a whole slew of bases. I'll work on more. We DO have a new layout coming as soon as I can make the image that's in my head work onto the screen and then code it. I'm thinking of something to help with the functionality of the site, not to mention the organization. We're getting a lot of icons... and they're constantly coming. Even our layout and other graphic sections will soon explode with content. (I can hope) So I'm hoping to fix the issues I've been having and get it all working in something that's easy to use and enjoyable. Don't forget, there are still great things to come on networked sites including a network home page that'll provide free hosting to others, and a community site that we still plan on making tick fully. Hell the journal part of it works already! Just gotta get the rest working. Aaron and I have some big steps coming up. Including his moving to Canada, so there will be some rough periods, but we're still here, and we're not going away despite what my mood swings might say from time to time... -LadyPSerenity Leave an Impression //.. 2 Impressions Left Friday August 25, 2006 There are thirty icons, ranging from video games to anime. I've also added two new sections, Manga and Text. The group "text" will feature imageless icons with text on it. The group "manga" will obviously feature manga icons. There is currently a lot going on in my personal life, things at home and trying to get AMDC better than ever, so I've been lagging in my responsibilities here, which I've realized is unacceptable. I do apologize for this and once I come back from my mini-vacation, I'll be sure to begin updating here as well. A brief over-view of some things to look for coming up MiD related is a header section, where headers for things like Livejournal and personal layouts may be used. Also, LPS and I are in the process of thinking about creating a very large icon contest that will be open to whoever wishes to enter, not just MiD or AMDC users. But this is only in the works and not a for sure deal, yet. Well. =) Time to get packing. There will be times I'm online - but they might be rare, I can't just tell them to sit there while I play around on the computer. That's not very nice. But on with the actual site news. Leave an Impression //.. 0 Impressions Left Monday July 24, 2006 My original plan was to do it all Friday night and finish it up Saturday before I went to get Stacey. Unfortunately McDonalds got in the way... And I spent my Saturday working there, then driving to pick up Stacey then working on Sunday. I'm physically exhausted it was a lot of work to be there at 7:30am and start working. I do prefer the 8-4 over the 11:30-7:30 though it's just nicer to work that, and I don't get AS stressed out on it because I don't have to worry about cashes or the like and there are chances I can go home early instead of having to stay late. Anyway, I'm on 19days straight right now and I still have a lot of online work to do, the good news is I'm keeping busy and don't have to think about things that are hurting me - it's easier this way. LadyPSerenity.Com should launch this week and Misty Ice. Com should re-launch this week. I would love to be saying Frantic Writer was launching but there is still a lot of work to go into that. More than likely you'd perfer the actual MiD update now though. Two layouts... it's all I got. One Div and one Tables. I will work on more things. But I <3 you all. -LadyPSerenity Leave an Impression //.. 3 Impressions Left Friday July 21, 2006 I wish I had more than Icons to give you but I'm not in the mood to code the layout designs I've made, maybe some other time. I can almost assure you there will be no updates on the weekend, as I'm going to be going out with a friend on Saturday and on Sunday I work - at McDonalds. So instead, hopefully you'll enjoy this week of updates and hopefully I'll have more for you next week. Today I have some more Icons I didn't get to Charmed like I had hoped, I can't find quality screen captures or stills that inspire me ot do something with them. There are bases completed too. Not Charmed, PotC or Spiderman but there are CCS(over 100!), Angel Sanctuary(over 20!) and Chobits(over 10!). I do still have the goal of doing the others, but they all take time. (My dear lord there are a lot of typos in my last update. I'm correcting them as I see them. I need a proof reader.) I've considered a few things and with those considerations I've removed the Invitations and Stationary. If you're looking for it, keep an eye on AnimeGalleries.Net I know they're going to have an amazing Gallery there and it's where I'll submit the ones I make (I just don't have enough time to upkeep a gallery for it of my own.) There are other sections I'm considering removing too, this includes Haitus and Enter signs. Because Honestly if you're using a pop up layout from this site it comes with an enter sign =/ and I hate Haitus signs. ;_; But you never know I might change my mind. Right now everything is up in the air with me. I still want to work on Misty Ice I was considering buying the domain ladypserenity.com only because well it's my username and I want it. (Though you'd probably find me flooding that with sailor moon like stuffs. Or other things. I'm going to bug Aaron tonight about a few things.) Someone? -LadyPSerenity Leave an Impression //.. 0 Impressions Left Thursday July 20, 2006 I also managed to do some more bases, there are now LotR (over 60), X-Men (over 20), Noir (over 10), and CSI (over 60) Bases takes a while to do the crops. I plan on adding more tomorrow likely do CCS, Charmed, Pirates of the Carribean, Spiderman and another Anime series. Before anyone says the whole "You're too damn Anime" keep in mind Misty Ice designs is the product of DarkfyreANIME and was meant to be an Anime design site, we're starting to do both anime and non-anime but we're not going to stop doing anime. It's still our roots, and when I'm in the mood for anime it's what I'm going to do. Well I decided to try something today and I googled. "Misty Ice Designs" I found a few places, not nearly as many I as I hoped. (Mostly forums where friends pimp the site out) But I did find some kind words (or even links) from places like Annsachd and Severed Memories not to mention one that I can't even read Ociojoven It's nice to see things like this when you google your site name. What is funny is when I google LadyPSerenity all you get is me... ;_; I have a unique screen name. I feel so loved. There were some kind words there too from people saying thank you to me for the Icons or such. I've actually had work to do at work and I was on vacation, went to California! ... well it wasn't a vacation I was working for Anime Galleries [dot] Net but it was still a lot of fun. I was able to meet Kaitou Ace, Princess Minako, Jakiao and see my hunny all at the same time. It was a blast. These icons are back to the anime stuff. I've not felt like doing actors or non-anime. I titled the bottom include php.txt instead of bottom.txt So I corrected that. Though anyone could have made this adjustment. Updates from May are moved to Past Updates 2006 Might notice we've updated a lot this year... even with small stuff. I'm in a passive mood right now. Where I could almost sleep but I probably won't. I'm not likely to work on any more graphics today so there won't be a second update today from me. Never know when Kristen might pop in with something. And let's go over the reasons why I fucking can't stand Myspace. -deep breath- First of all. The sign up process. It's mandatory that I give you my postal code? Somehow I don't believe that's exactly safe, but hey whatever, I'm not exactly going to fear it. So I fill out my birthday, full name, password and postal code. Right. I could see birthday, which gives us age and stuff, but the rest o.O not really. The next part asks me for photos. I don't really have any on my laptop so I figure I'll look into that later and click the "Skip" part. Then comes Videos, once again the skip part. I'm done. Mind you I'm confused, where's my page? What's my user name? Alright, so I get to the next page and I have some numbers for a page, but I can change it. Kinda pointless not to have it on the original form but alright, I'll change it now. The double popup to set my name, that was annoying. Actually I wanted to stab it. If I can't change the url later why the hell didn't you make it part of the registration process. o.O Right, anyway. Next I want to see what my page looks like to start off. I understand there are ads (Another reason I dislike My space those are not just ads they're obnoxious ones) So I get over to it And take a look at what's there the first thing I noticed is this friend Tom. I have a friend named Tom but that's not my Tom, so really no idea who he is, apparently he comes with the account. Maybe that's the appeal? They give out friends? Whatever though, it's time to try and figure out how to put up a layout. Only one problem, how the hell do I get to my UCP? right there are a lot of links across the top, and I can have pictures and blogs and videos... so which one am I clicking. Figuring it's primarily a blog page, I click the Blog link. What a screwed up way to start seeing things you can change. I finally find the link. And I look over. Alright it's pretty customizable, right up until you see "Do not use <style> and </style>" Well there went HALF the things I could do with a layout. But I'm cool with that I can code without it. Doesn't come out as pretty. Then I have to deal with their ad... What a hideous thing. I'm sitting here staring at it and I Decide to get a better idea I'm going to have to look at some My space accounts, so I Start typing random user names. First I'm assualted by layouts that don't fit on a 1024x768 screen, second by things that clash, flash and in general blind you in any manner possible. To each their own, I'll deal. Next comes the music. I mean I remember the midi craze but who the hell puts full songs on their page to play automatically. If I want to listen to your music I'll start it myself. I'm playing my own god damn music. I've YET to find a Myspace that actually looks good. So far I've been assaulted by everything that could possibly be used for bad design. Still skeptical I keep looking, my brother uses Myspace and says it's great, so I'll check his page. Set to the default. I've never seen someone crowd so much shit onto a page and not even organize it. I mean sure I'll crowd a lot onto a page but I'm not going to NOT ORGANIZE IT. Alternating post colors, flashing images, torn tables. Oh and on another note, if I set my info to private, why is my age and location still showing. That's really none of anyone's business, if it's private it's suppose to be PRIVATE not still displayed for everyone to see. So sticking with my Lord of the Rings kick I re-created the layout from scratch added a few extra spins to it and here we have the beige version. Before anyone says -anything- though. I'm Aware of the issues in Firefox however a few things you need to check yourself. If the layout is nearly unviewable, check your version of firefox. I'm running Firefox/1.5.0.3 and the only problems I'm seeing is that the text links aren't as pretty as they are in IE and the positioning of the right menu is off by about three pixels. we're working to correct that. If your version is lower and/or you see more issues, please feel free to add a comment and let us know. The Credits Page Still has the credits to all sources used on this layout and all graphics. There isn't anything else to go with this update, save for all April updates being moved to the Past Updates And of course you'll find a screen capture of the Bright orange version in the Past Layouts Can you find the changes?! I hope. -LadyPSerenity Leave an Impression //.. 0 Impressions Left Saturday April 22, 2006 I just got back from my lovely Californian spring break on Wednesday (It was amazing, in case you were wondering) and I have, of course, many many pictures of my adventures there. Including some lovely pictures from the San Diego zoo that I'll be gladly making into icons and such and posting here. Going back even farther than this, though, my father was hospitalized twice in a four month stretch. Once because the doctors ended up screwing him over and popping a hole in his heart during an examination of it and the second time was scheduled due to finding a cancerous tumor on his kidney during the original ordeal back in December. While they were doing the, already four hour long procedure, they found another benign tumor on his kidney and contemplated removing the entire kidney. This four hour surgery turned into a seven hour misery complex. But they decided not to remove the entire kidney and simply remove the tumors. He has been home for four weeks and will be going back to work this coming Wednesday, finally. This makes us all very happy here and we are glad this entire thing is not behind us. As far as school goes, I've had to miss quite a bit due to the circumstances with my father and thusly have been put behind a bit. Which, in turn, places me behind on everything else I've been trying to accomplish as well. However, I'll be able to start catching up again, as the majority of school is behind me and the 31st of May is my last day of high school and I'll be graduating a week after that. This pleases me and puts a lot of my mind at ease. Really, the point of this is to simply explain where I've been and what I've been up to in the time that I've been gone. I really haven't been doing much, I realize. But hopefully, you dear dedicated visitors will be able to understand the things I have been forced to endure and will sympathize with me a little. I really didn't ask for any of it and I realize it's no excuse, just an explanation. With all that said and done, I'll point out that the title is "Alive and kicking", thus implying that you'll be seeing a lot more of me around once again. =) I refuse to let lovely LPS down anymore than I already have. I corrected all the iframe layouts to work in firefox. As much as I hate that browser. Though if you're using it... it doesn't change scrollbars. It's better to just use an div or table layout in that case. You may notice I don't do much in terms of layouts outside of div and tables. This is because of the issue with browsers not accepting codes. I'd rather do layouts that in the end are nice on all browsers than just IE. Meh! Other than that I corrected a few issues in the CSS tutorials. Regarding the background tag for CSS. Heh. It should be pretty easy to understand and follow along. I'll probably do a couple more tutorials over the course of the next week our so. But what's been keeping me busy is my love for Art and how I've been working on some pieces. I don't do Art often because I'm not that -good- at it. But I did enjoy doing this and I'm still enjoying it so it distracts me at the moment. Also my writing and frantic writer, plus my job. It's a little hard to keep up but, I will continue to update here, and I promise by summer everything will be going better and smoother. We're still looking for graphic staff, I've had a few applications and I'm going through them, but we'd like to see some more. The brushes used are from Forbidden Fire, the link is in the credits section, but apparently Forbidden fire has shut down their site. I only used about two brushes from that set that I have and then applied a Mosaic filter and did some other changes... it was a lot of different things done. I'm going to be doing some more layouts soon. One thing most probably noticed with this layout... We're using 1024x768. Corporate sites use this, corporate offices, schools and even libraries are moving up to this resolution, so we're stepping out of 800x600 now and moving into the bigger screen. Hopefully all goes well but a lot of my attention will now be on Frantic writer, a lot of our basis is build and we're doing design and background stuff right now. The goal is to have Frantic Writer completed by July 1st. This does NOT mean Misty Ice Designs is going on haitus, nor does it mean I won't be updating. It just means the updates won't be LARGE ones, and a lot of the time I may only be throwing up one or two avatars. The feedback on the tutorials has been nice, and I hope to see more feedback coming in in general. If you don't like it tell me why, if you found it hard let me know where, and if you found issues, let me know. If you liked it tell me what you liked, if you found it easy let me know, and if you just enjoy things, I like to hear that too. So I'm going to do a new layout again but this one will be set for the resolution of 1024x768 and might not come till May... as it'll be the spring/summer layout. The reason I don't change -my- layout often is because I'd rather spend the time making stuff for you guys to use than for this site to always be changed layout wise. (That and it takes me AGES after the layout is made to switch everything over and to double check for errors.) Anyway, there are two more 1024x768 layouts up to be used. Not very big if any at all. So I'd really appreciate some feedback on it in the form of comments to this newspost. (Click Leave an Impression) We haven't updated the graphics, haven't skinned the forums and we do have good reasons. Most of the work I do for this website comes when I'm on lunch or first thing in the morning as most of the work I do for Anime Forum or on Anime Galleries.Net can only be done at night when I'm at home. I can't quickly on my lunch break do that work. With the lack of responses to news posts we really don't know which direction to go. And for those who will tell me Naruto Avatars... please... there are 50 million characters in Naruto. Be more specific! I've been validating images for Anime Galleries and have found some Inu Yasha and some Naruto pictures I can make avatars from, so I will go into them and do it when I have a free moment. We haven't died, we're not repeating what happened before. We were trying to watch stats and look for changes. I also want feedback as to the future of the shoutbox. Often it's mistaken for a chat and such, my overall impression. I want to remove it. We have comments for News Posts and comments for the tutorials. People should be leaving the comments there, and if they want to chat we have forums. Granted the forums aren't GREAT they're there and skinned and work. Not to mention our bigger project Frantic Writer is still on the slate and still underway. Despite the fact I'm useless and can't really code. for it. ;_; We expect to launch it... or more so I nag that I want to launch it by July. And yes it would take that long to code. Aaron and I are three hours time difference now, we don't always have work together time so as much as I trust he does do work when I'm not there, he gets stuck and has to wait for me to be there. And I keep going and going till I wear myself out and then pass out early like last night. Anyway this isn't needed. You guys don't need our life story. Dear lord.So I corrected some, but I'm lazy and not correcting any more than what I've done. Funny I don't see them till I go to do the next update. Old entries are archived. (It just took me four tries to type 2006.php that's really sad. Anyway, bigger and better things to talk about... I'm sure. So I spent the weekend relaxing for the most part while working with Aaron on this baby What's that you say? It's an Icon Maker of a sorts. You can't make the graphic, so much as you can add text to the premade text-less icons. We threw a bunch of icons up with no text, now you can add the text to them. There are instructions there, and right now - we'll be honest - it's not perfect. Rotating the text CAN cause some problems. But the best way to test things is to use it. Let us know what you think. Oh and I thew a whole lot of 100x100 Icons up. (40 to be exact Haha) -LadyPSerenity Leave an Impression //.. 5 Impressions Left Thursday February 23, 2006 I tried, so hard I tried to do some "Inuyasha" graphics but to be honest... I can't. I'm going to try again as soon as I find some images that are worth turning into graphics. I will take images people thing would make good graphics, email them to me at webmistress@mistyicedesigns.com but as it is, there are none in this update. Sorry to disappoint those who requested it.In this update however we have THIRTY new Icons yea, I have no life. There are some in there from Princess Ai, KKJ and other random things I found images from. Aethereality.Net is back so I have that to find manga images on, of course I still use Anime Galleries[dot]Net The most of anything. I seem to be just zoned right out today, Hah. Full of things to get done but no motivation to get any of it done. I mean I still have comics to work on. It'd be easier if I could find an artist that wants to work with me, considering I can't draw things I want to see happen and have it look good. ;_; In other news... We have something new coming soon... we're hoping it'll be a big hit. I love hockey, and it saddens me to see Canada do so poorly out in the olympics. I mean come on... they go in and they're the canadians!-sigh- Well the men's team have 2min to win the game, the odds of it happening are pretty damn low considering Team Canada has been playing HORRIBLY this year. Doesn't help that the games are out there and we can't watch them during 'prime' time or anything we're all at work when they're on. By the time I'm done typing this I'll be able to type out the final score. Anyway, I added a few more Icons and I'll be working on a few things over the next couple of days. Of course the Corporate site I'm doing takes a bit of priority (It's my job heh) but I do plan to toss some more new stuff up before the end of the week. So yea... I've never designed a Corporate Website before, well not to the extent that I'm redoing that one. It's taxing on me and I find myself working on it even after work. (Heh that's the company I work for right now)Along with the comic I'm working on. (I'm not the -best- artist but I'm not doing it to display art, but rather to display story in a more reader-friendly version) and The websites I work on AnimeForum and Anime Galleries [dot] Net I've been stretched for time. But I can say I've done something... I went through my email. Dear god my email. ;_; Something I haven't touched since December. HORRIBLY Sorry. December was a hell month, January was no better, and as I reach the end of February I'm starting to do better. So here we go... a few things done.

Leave an Impression //.. 0 Impressions Left Friday February 17, 2006 Random menial update. Some new avatars in a new category. If you didn't catch on, that catagory is "CG" meaning "Computer Graphics". Things that are random CG arts will be there. I.E. micellaneous online CG without a title. Or random online games (i.e. "Xiah", I heard it's really cool. [/plug]) Either and anyway. I have the whole next week off from school but will be working everyday, the point is that I will be able to produce some stuff. I'll post it.I'll also be updating the icons without really putting an edit here for it. That'd give me like.. fifty updates in a single night. So I'll avoid that. Just keep looking. Edit- I'm adding more icons other than just CG ones. Also, new icons featuring works from Aurore will be turning up. Although.. I don't know where to put it yet. Along with my newer icons from Idol Nana. I've heard about the issues with the shoutbox, we're going to fix them. The forums will be made to match and very well run with this layout. It's our goal. More importantly there is a new section in the 100x100 Icons and Signatures called "Abstract". This section is a place for me to throw all the stuff I do that isn't anime... I do do things that come from blank canvas. (Just learning) They're not always the -best- Because I am just learning how to do them, but hopefully you'll enjoy some of them that come. I'm sorry that it's taken me longer than that, but there was a lot to get done. Let's go over some of the changes. We now have Comment forms for each newspost as well as for each Tutorial. I'll check them daily likely. I have little to no time on my hands. xD To see the comment forums however you need to go to the Main pages for the tutorials. They're not inside the tutorials. The Layouts now have "Preview" and "Download" counters. This is more for my benefit but it's always something neat to see. Looks kinda sad because we just put it up so the counters are starting at 0.
