Don't steal Graphics/Bandwidth

When you are using a graphic you need to Right click the image and click "SAVE AS" Do not copy the URL and post it within your image tag. We are not an image host, we will NOT host your images.
Stealing Graphics means to post my graphics and claim them as your own. This will get you a perminant blacklist. Do not do this.

Link Back when using Excessive Amounts of Graphics

An Excessive amount is anything over Five graphics from any one section. I say Five because I've seen people taking the entire gallery and providing no link back to Misty Ice Designs. The way a community works is simple.
You use something you link back, thus making others aware of it, this credits traffic and encourages the creator to do more. The more you link the more the creator will do and the more new items you will see.
If you do not link back however, the creator will believe that no one likes it and will eventually stop and then someday remove their site. That gets rid of your source. So like you would suggest something good to another, link back to suggest a good site to another. (Not saying mine is good, but you know... <3)

Don't Copy Layout designs, tutorials or other designs.

Now the reason you're seeing this is because it HAS been a problem in the past. I've come to find my tutorials on other people's sites, and my graphics along side them. Or even similar copies of the same thing, only certain images replaced. Or certain aspects. Now I work hard to prevent this, but I'm not perfect.
So please, be kind and do not do this. To do this will get you blacklisted immediately. Communities are great, and I surf a lot of them, so it may take time but I will find you.
If you like a design, please just ask, and I'll be more than happy to help you out or allow you to use it ^_^;

Don't remove Credits from Layouts.

We love that you like the layouts, but we ask that you DO NOT remove the credit from them. You didn't make them, we did. The credit is there so that the link comes back to Misty Ice, and encourages us to credit more layouts.
Removal of credit is against our rules, and will get you black listed, if you do not provide the proper credit within a period of time.
We use to allow it to be moved to a credit section, but this was abused, so it is not allowed anymore. The credit is on the side bar, leave it there.

Don't Flood on the Forums.

Yes, there is very little activity on my forums at the moment. Do Not flood them though. This doesn't help the situation. If you have valid topics, by all means post them. Do not spam them though. And do not double post. This doesn't help this just makes a horrible community. <3

This is just not tolerated. I want to create a community not destroy one. If you're caught flaming or baiting members to flame, I'll simply suspend your account and then ban you on a second offense.
